About the District

The Borden-Henryville School Corporation (BHSC) was formed on July 1, 2020 after the dissolution of the West Clark Community Schools. Our schools have very strong community support for their community-based K-12 campus schools. Students who attend Henryville schools reside primarily in Monroe and Union Townships. Borden students reside primarily in Wood and Carr Townships. Both community-based schools are within a twenty-five minute drive to Louisville, KY.

Post Graduation

High school juniors and seniors have the option of attending C.A. Prosser School of Technology half a day in order to learn a skilled trade. Prosser offers several career program areas, and students can earn college credits or state state licenses or certifications.

Also close by are three area universities: Indiana University Southeast, University of Louisville, and Indiana Vocational Technical College Southern Indiana Campus.
